Written communication is remote work super power

Hi guys,

A few hours ago I published an essay I’ve been working on for the last few weeks, but really, the idea has been on my mind for years.

I’ve worked and led an entire company to work remotely years ago as a CTO. I felt like the lessons I learned since that time about remote communication are worth putting into a coherent essay.
